Peanut butter and banana is a classic flavor pairing for a reason. And this recipe uses powdered peanut butter and unsweetened almond milk for the perfect combo of high-protein and low-calorie goodness. 1. The night before: Combine the oats ingredients (mashed banana, almond milk, 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter, oats, protein powder, kosher salt, and cinnamon). Stir well. Store in lidded container in refrigerator overnight.
  2. In the morning: Stir together the 1 tsp powdered peanut butter with a few sprinkles of water until it's a consistency that can be drizzled on top of your oats. Transfer overnight oats to a bowl, drizzle the peanut butter topping over it, then sprinkle on your brown sugar and chopped peanuts.
