Ingredients:

- 2 tsp salted butter (10 g)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar (24 g)
- 1 tiny pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 drops almond extract
- 1/3 cup oat flour (33 g)

- 2 1/2 tsp unsweetened almond milk (13 ml)
- 1 tsp confetti sprinkles (3 g)

2. Add extracts and pinch of salt, and mix til combined smoothly.
3. Add oat flour and protein powder, and rub together with spatula or spoon (or continue mixing on low) til the mixture is crumbly and uniform.
4. Sprinkle in the almond milk and stir again til a dough forms.
5. Add sprinkles, fold to combine, scoop, and serve!

Note: Don't use regular all-purpose flour in this recipe, unless you've heat-treated it to make sure it's safe to eat without baking the dough.
