All the fun of sprinkle-filled cookie dough (remember eating it straight from the bowl?) but the macros are better (it's got 13 g of protein!) and it doesn't have raw wheat flour in it. Plus, it's a single-serving dessert with a calorie count that's pretty darn weight-loss and weight-maintenance friendly. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add butter (slightly softened but not melted) and sugar. Using a stiff rubber spatula, a wooden spoon, or even an electric mixer on low speed, cream butter and sugar together.
  2. Add extracts and pinch of salt, and mix til combined smoothly.
  3. Add oat flour and protein powder, and rub together with spatula or spoon (or continue mixing on low) til the mixture is crumbly and uniform.
  4. Sprinkle in the almond milk and stir again til a dough forms.
  5. Add sprinkles, fold to combine, scoop, and serve!

Notes

Don't use regular all-purpose flour in this recipe, unless you've heat-treated it to make sure it's safe to eat without baking the dough.
