Portable Guacamole Snackables
Snack idea by Megan Gaul , adapted to the portions designated in your Partake meal-plan.
This combination has withstood the test of time. Combining a crunchy high-fiber veggie with a creamy filling dip? Can't beat that.
This version includes some crackers made from whole-grains alongside the veggies and dip, which provides some more slow-burning carb energy and fiber to help you make it through the day. I've also added some yogurt for a few extra grams of protein and creaminess. Plus, it's portable and takes just minutes to pack together. Enjoy!

Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 cup bell pepper strips
- 1 single-serving guacamole cup (one example: Sabra brand)
- 2 tbsp plain nonfat greek yogurt
- Everything-Bagel seasoning (optional)
- 1 serving whole-wheat crackers (some examples: 6 Triscuits, or 6 Light Wasa Crackers)
Instructions:

1. Prep your veggies for easy portability. Slice the bell peppers and store in a ziplock bag with the air squeezed out.
2. Add your veggie bag and 6 crackers to a larger lidded food container together.
3.Spoon the yogurt into a small container that fits into the bigger one, add the everything-bagel seasoning (if using) to the yogurt, and mix it all together. Place the yogurt and 1 single-serving guacamole cup along with the veggie and crackers, and close it all up.
4. When it's time for your snack, feel free to mix the guac and the yogurt together for a super-creamy and high-protein dip, or keep them as 2 separate dips. Enjoy!
