Portable Fruit and Nut Butter Combo

This is a classic snack that has lasted through the ages, and for good reason. Combining high-fiber sturdy fruit and a source of filling fat like nut-butter? It's a delicious match made in heaven. Plus, it's super portable!

Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 small apple (2.75 inches in diameter) OR 1 small banana (6-7 inches long)
- 2 level tbsp of your favorite nut butter
Instructions:

1. Prep your fruit for easy portability. (For an apple, core it, cut it into wedges, and toss in a few drops of lemon juice to prevent browning. Pack in a ziplock bag with the air squeezed out. For a banana, keep whole).
2. Measure nut butter and put it in a small lidded container.
3. Add fruit and nut butter cup, along with a plastic knife, to a single portable container. Pack it into your bag for the day.
