Megan's Classic Peanut Butter Yogurt Bowl
I've been maintaining my healthy weight range since losing 100 lbs in 2018/2019, and I've found my very own perfect breakfast. I have it probably on 75% of my days! It has a ton of protein, it's high volume, but most importantly, it allows me to enjoy my favorite food of all time: peanut butter. While you're seeking your own perfect breakfast for weight loss and weight maintenance, go ahead and try mine!
Ingredients
Instructions
- Combine powdered peanut butter, syrup, kosher salt, cinnamon, vanilla and almond extracts in a bowl. Drizzle a bit of water into this mixture so that it's easy to stir into an even mixture.
- Add the yogurt, and fold together until well-combined.
- Drizzle the peanut butter over the top, and sprinkle the top with chopped almonds.
