Packed with antioxidants, protein, and fiber, this smoothie takes just a few minutes to make. Breakfast never tasted better.

If you can't find frozen wild blueberries, you can absolutely substitute regular frozen blueberries. This smoothie has plenty of staying-powder, since it's got yogurt AND cottage cheese to make it filling and satisfying.

Ingredients:

- 3/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 3 large basil leaves
- 1/3 cup coconut milk beverage, unsweetened (such as Trader Joe's Coconut Milk Beverage, So Delicious Unsweetened Coconutmilk Beverage, or Pacific Foods Coconut Unsweetened Original Beverage)
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (lowfat or nonfat)
- 3 tbsp cottage cheese (1% lowfat is my favorite)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 tsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers


Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients (except the graham cracker crumbs) until smooth and creamy.
2. Top with crushed graham crackers and enjoy!
