High-Protein Oreo Shake
Recipe by https://www.thedietchefs.com , adapted to the portions designated in your Partake meal-plan.
An easy 5-minute recipe for a filling high-protein shake. This hits your calorie-target, AND it tastes great too.
This shake is insanely thick, chocolatey, and literally tastes like an Oreo milkshake. It will keep you full and satisfied for hours!
Don't skip out on the cookie crumble on top. It might not appear like much, but having a little crunchy chocolate garnish helps make your snack special. I call it snacktime self-care!
