High-Protein Oreo Shake

This shake is insanely thick, chocolatey, and literally tastes like an Oreo milkshake. It will keep you full and satisfied for hours!

Don't skip out on the cookie crumble on top. It might not appear like much, but having a little crunchy chocolate garnish helps make your snack special. I call it snacktime self-care!

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 a small banana, frozen (around 50 g)
- 1.5 tbsp sugar-free chocolate syrup (such as Hershey's Zero Sugar Chocolate Syrup)
- 1.5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder (around 14 g) -- My favorite brand is Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard French Vanilla Creme. Experiment to see which brands you enjoy most.
- 2 cups of ice
- 1/2 of an oreo cookie crushed (or around 1-2 tsp of oreo crumbs)


Instructions:

1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend until everything combines into a thick shake.

3. Pour into a glass,top with your cookie crumbs, and enjoy!
