$20 Voucher Towards First Accelerate Coaching Session

This document outlines the terms, conditions, and restrictions ("Terms") for the use of a $20 voucher ("Voucher") towards the first Accelerate 1-1 coaching session ("Coaching Session") with Megan Gaul and Partake Meal Planning and Wellness LLC ("Provider"). By using the Voucher, you ("Customer") agree to adhere to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before redeeming the Voucher.

1. Voucher Redemption:

1.1 The Voucher is valid for a $20 discount on the total cost of the Customer's first Coaching Session with the Provider.

2. Redemption Limit:

2.1 Each Customer is eligible to use the Voucher for only one Coaching Session during their lifetime. 2.2 The Voucher cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other form of credit. 2.3 The Voucher is used by communicating your single-use unique referral code to the Provider upon purchase of your first Coaching Session.

3. Single Use:

3.1 The Voucher is applicable for a single use only and cannot be split or used in conjunction with any other sessions, offers, discounts, or promotions.

4. Booking and Availability:

4.1 The use of the Voucher is subject to the availability of Coaching Session slots offered by the Provider. 4.2 The Voucher may not guarantee the availability of specific time slots. 4.3 The Provider reserves the right to modify or cancel Coaching Sessions, subject to reasonable notice.

5. Expiry:

5.1 The Voucher must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of issuance. After this period, the Voucher will expire and cannot be redeemed.

6. Usage Guidelines:

6.1 The Voucher can only be used by the intended recipient and cannot be transferred to other individuals. 6.2 The Voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Consent and Participation:

7.1 Participation in Coaching Sessions is subject to the Provider's terms of service and privacy policy, which the Customer must consent to. 7.2 The Provider reserves the right to decline or discontinue a Coaching Session if the Customer fails to comply with the Provider's terms of service or disrupts the session.

8. Modification and Termination:

8.1 The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Voucher program, these Terms, or any aspect thereof, without prior notice.

9. Governing Law:

9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New York.

By redeeming the Voucher and booking a Coaching Session, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as the Provider's terms of service and privacy policy.
