Peanut Buttter Protein Shake
Recipe by https://www.eatingbirdfood.com/ , adapted to the portions designated in your Partake meal-plan.
This peanut butter protein shake is made with just five simple ingredients. It's filling, flavorful and packs in a whopping 30 grams of protein. If you are not a peanut butter fan, try almond butter, sunflower seed butter, or even a low-added-sugar chocolate hazelnut spread like this one you can find at Target.
My favorite protein powder brand for mixing into a protein shake is Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard French Vanilla Creme. Experiment to see which brands you enjoy most.
