PB & J Toast with a Yogurt Bowl

Lunch Idea by , adapted to the portions designated in your Partake meal-plan. Quick + Easy Lunch Recipe weight loss meal plans	There's nothing like a PB & J. But sometimes, it doesn't have enough protein or fiber to keep us feeling full until dinner.

This version is a "Toast," using just 1 slice of bread and half the amount of peanut butter and jelly that usually goes into the full sandwich. The nut butter and jam gets melty and swirly, so it's a delicious and satisfying meal experience. It's also paired with a protein-packed and sweet yogurt bowl (using vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt, your favorite berries, and just a sprinkle of crunchy granola). Enjoy!
